The secretary of the CSR is Mr. Raymond Doijen. The Office Secretary is responsible for supporting the chairmen. The secretary is responsible for drawing up the advisory documents of the council and is partly responsible for achieving the results formulated by the council. Where necessary, it ensures proper coordination with other (international) organizations. The Office Secretary develops and manages the necessary means of communication.
